Educas is a global investment firm focused on the education sector. Educas has two platforms: an international premium K-12 platform educating over 18,000 students from Nursery to Grade 12 and a tertiary platform launched in 2017.

Inspired, a UK-based company, is a leading global operator of private-pay K-12 schools across four continents.

Nadim M. Nsouli, founder of Inspired, recognized the underserved, structurally growing demand for premium schools. He used his first investment in Reddam House in 2013, a leading group of schools in South Africa, as an initial platform to build Inspired through a mix of buy-and-build, turnaround and greenfield strategy.

In less than four years, Inspired established a robust track record of profitable growth with unparalleled experience in opening new schools, turning around underperforming schools, and growing and improving existing ones across various geographies.

Inspired currently owns and operates a global network of 27 premium schools and five early learning centers educating over 18,600 students across four platforms:

The Group offers a broad range of domestic and International curricula to mainly local self-funded students aged 1-18. All the schools are located in prime areas and are individually developed, built, bought, and designed in response to their environment and location. Students across all of Inspired’s schools have consistently achieved strong academic results. These are a fitting testament to the high quality of their programmes, teaching, and environment, and have allowed students to subsequently attend the top universities around the world.
